POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Rental requirements: In short: Renters-Drivers must be at least 21 and have a clean driving record, use a credit card in their name with sufficient funds and provide Proof of Automobile Insurance that will follow the renter into the rental vehicle.

Driver's License: An acceptable valid driver's license issued from your state or country of residence must be presented at time of car rental. The driver's license must be valid for the entire car rental period. If the driver's license is in a language other than English, an international driver's permit must be provided along with the driver's license.

Aditional Drivers: Only the renter is authorized to operate the rental car. No other persons are permitted to operate the rental car without prior approval, and such person or persons must appear at the time of car rental and meet same qualifications as the renter.

Declining coverage: Renters who choose to decline coverage must provide proof of Liability & Collision Insurance. Simply bring the insurance card you keep in your glove compartment or wallet or a copy of your policy. Some credit cards may offer Rental Car Collision Benefits. Credit Cards DO NOT offer liability.

Florida Residents: Florida residents, Vehicles are NOT permitted out of the State of Florida. Florida Residents can not use Debit Cards. Renters must have verifiable home address with corresponding land line phone number. The security deposit is $ 300.00. Credit cards: Saga Auto Rental accepts all major credit cards. A major credit card must be presented at time of rental. We will obtain an authorization "hold" on the renter's credit card of $180.00. We DO NOT do cash rentals.

Reservations: Your confirmation number or locator number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW - It is our policy to hold reservations for two hours (one hour during peak periods) beyond the scheduled arrival time. If your arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make every effort to honor the reservation. If you experience a delay, please contact the rental location. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Saga Auto Rental will not be responsible for any cancelled reservations. Saga Auto Rental calculates rates based on a 24-hour period. To get the most accurate estimate, you should enter a pick up time one half hour after you land and a return time of no later then two hours prior to your return flight.

HOURS OF OPERATION AND AFTER HOURS DROP OFF Doral, FL - 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Only by previous reservation confirmed 7/24.
